Community Guidelines

Sociavis Community Guidelines

Sociavis is built for people to connect, create and communicate. These Community Guidelines apply to profiles, posts, comments, stories, reels, groups, pages, live content, messages and other user-generated content on Sociavis.

1. Respect other people

Do not use Sociavis to harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, stalk or repeatedly target another person. Do not encourage coordinated abuse or unwanted contact.

2. Protect children

Child sexual abuse and exploitation are strictly prohibited. This includes content or behavior that sexually exploits, grooms, traffics, coerces, endangers or sexualizes minors. Child-safety concerns should be reported immediately through in-app reporting or the Safety Center.

3. No hateful conduct

Do not attack, dehumanize or promote hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics under applicable law or our safety standards.

4. Sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate content

Do not share sexual content involving coercion, exploitation, minors, or intimate material shared without the subject's consent. Content that facilitates sexual exploitation is prohibited.

5. Violence and dangerous behavior

Do not use Sociavis to make credible threats, celebrate serious harm, coordinate violence or facilitate dangerous illegal activity. Context may matter for news, educational or awareness content, but content can still be restricted when necessary for safety.

6. Scams, fraud and spam

Do not operate scams, impersonation schemes, phishing, fraudulent promotions, malicious links, repetitive spam, fake engagement or deceptive attempts to obtain money, credentials or personal information.

7. Authentic identity and impersonation

Parody, fan and community accounts should not deliberately mislead people into believing they are another person or organization. Harmful or deceptive impersonation is prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

Share only content you have the right to use. Respect copyright, trademarks and other legal rights. Rights holders may contact us regarding material they believe infringes their rights.

9. Privacy and personal information

Do not expose another person's highly sensitive personal information for harassment, fraud or harm. Do not attempt to obtain account credentials or private information through deception.

10. Platform integrity

Do not attempt to bypass security, moderation or access controls, abuse platform APIs, distribute malware, manipulate metrics or use unauthorized automation that harms users or service integrity.

11. Report and block

If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, use the Report action available on relevant content or profiles. You can also block accounts you do not want to interact with. Reports are reviewed by moderation workflows and may be prioritized based on severity.

12. Enforcement

Possible actions include removing content, reducing visibility, disabling features, restricting accounts, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving information for safety/legal reasons, or reporting matters to appropriate authorities where required by law.

13. Appeals and mistakes

Where an appeal mechanism is available, users may request review of eligible moderation decisions. We may restore content or access when a decision is found to be incorrect.

14. Contact

For general safety questions, contact support@sociavis.com. Child-safety concerns can also be sent to info@sociavis.com.
