Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sociavis, including our website, mobile applications and related services. By creating an account or using Sociavis, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You may use Sociavis only if you are permitted to do so under applicable law and meet any age or eligibility requirements presented by the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
2. Your profile and information
You agree to provide information that is not intentionally misleading and to keep important account information reasonably current. You may not impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your identity in a way that deceives or harms others.
3. Your content
You retain the rights you have in content you create. You must have the rights, permissions or other lawful basis necessary to upload and share content on Sociavis. By posting content, you authorize Sociavis to host, process, display, reproduce and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service according to your selected audience and features.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Sociavis to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
- Harass, threaten, bully or target people with hateful conduct.
- Exploit, endanger or sexually abuse minors.
- Post non-consensual intimate material or other prohibited sexual exploitation.
- Impersonate others for deceptive or harmful purposes.
- Distribute spam, scams, malicious links, malware or attempts to manipulate engagement.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
- Attempt to bypass account, security, moderation, rate-limit or access controls.
- Use automated means to scrape, collect or interact with the service without authorization.
5. Community moderation
We may review reports and may remove, restrict, limit distribution of or preserve content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or our Community Guidelines, protect users, investigate abuse, maintain service integrity or comply with law. Accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended or terminated depending on the circumstances.
6. Reporting and blocking
Users can use available Report and Block tools for objectionable content, abusive behavior or unwanted interactions. Submitting intentionally false or abusive reports may itself violate these Terms.
7. Paid features and subscriptions
If Sociavis offers paid features, digital goods or subscriptions, the price, billing period and relevant terms will be displayed before purchase. Purchases made through Apple, Google or another authorized billing provider are also subject to that provider's terms, refund processes and platform rules. Availability of paid features may vary by platform or region.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use Sociavis. By using the service, you acknowledge the data practices described in that policy.
9. Service changes and availability
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or for operational reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available in every country, device or platform.
10. Account suspension or termination
You may stop using Sociavis at any time and may request account deletion through available settings. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for serious or repeated violations, safety risks, fraud, security threats, legal requirements or service integrity.
11. Third-party services
Some features may rely on third-party providers or link to external services. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Sociavis is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12. Disclaimers
Sociavis is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to maintain a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every user-generated statement or item of content is accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sociavis and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service where such limitation is legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be published with a revised date and, where appropriate, additional notice may be provided.
15. Contact
