4. Public information and audience choices

Sociavis is a social platform. Information you choose to publish publicly may be visible to other users. Where audience or privacy controls are available, the visibility of content depends on the setting you select. You should avoid publishing sensitive personal information unless you intentionally want it visible to the selected audience.

5. Reporting, moderation and safety

Sociavis provides reporting and blocking tools. Reports may include the reported account or content, the reason for the report and information necessary to review the concern. We may process and retain relevant information to investigate abuse, protect users, enforce our rules and comply with applicable law.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and notify us if they believe an account has been compromised.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and security records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or security records after deletion.

9. Account and data deletion

Registered users can request account deletion through the account settings in Sociavis. Where required, a public web-based deletion method may also be provided. After a valid deletion request is processed, account information will be deleted or anonymized according to our retention procedures, except information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete certain information, request account deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or request information about how your data is handled. You can also manage available privacy options, notifications, blocking and session controls from the service.

11. Children and child safety

Sociavis does not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation. Users who are not legally permitted to use an online social service under applicable age requirements must not create an account. Reports involving child safety may receive special handling and may be reported to appropriate authorities or designated reporting organizations where required by law.

12. International processing

Our servers and service providers may operate in countries different from where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to provide appropriate protections for cross-border processing.

13. Third-party links and services

Sociavis may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to an external service.
