Best Route to the Statue of Hachikō in Forza Horizon 6

تبصرے · 12 مناظر

One of the easiest hidden landmarks to miss in Forza Horizon 6 is the famous Statue of Hachikō hidden in the middle of Tokyo’s busy downtown area.

Head Straight to Shibuya Crossing

The quickest route is to drive directly into the downtown core of Tokyo City and aim for Shibuya Crossing. The statue sits right beside the massive pedestrian intersection on the sidewalk area near the station entrance.

At first glance, the area can look confusing because there are multiple levels of roads stacked on top of each other. If you stay on the elevated expressways too long, you can easily pass over the location without ever seeing it.

The best approach is to leave the highway system early and stay on the ground-level streets as you enter Shibuya.

Best Driving Route

Here’s the route that worked consistently for me:

  1. Open the map and zoom into central Tokyo City.
  2. Find the large star-shaped intersection that marks Shibuya Crossing.
  3. Set a waypoint directly on the crossing instead of nearby roads.
  4. If the GPS sends you onto elevated highways, take the nearest exit ramp back to street level.
  5. Follow the lower roads toward the crossing until you see the huge pedestrian plaza and neon billboards.

As you get close, you should notice a local Speed Trap PR Stunt near the intersection. That’s a good sign you are in the right place.

The statue itself is positioned near the sidewalk crowd underneath the elevated walkways around the crossing area.

Why Players Miss the Statue

The biggest issue is scale. The city environment is huge, but the Hachikō statue is relatively small compared to the surrounding buildings, traffic, and signs.

Most players expect a large landmark marker, but instead the statue blends naturally into the crowd area beside the station.

If you are driving too fast, especially in cockpit view, it is very easy to overlook.

I found it easier to slow down once I reached the crossing and simply circle the plaza area until the bronze dog statue became visible.

Completing the Photo Challenge

Finding the statue is also important because it completes Photo 23 of 26 in the “Discover Japan” career challenge.

Once you arrive:

  • Pull your car onto the edge of the pedestrian plaza.
  • Open Photo Mode.
  • Rotate the camera toward the crowd near the station building.
  • Make sure both your car and the statue appear in the frame.
  • Take the photo to trigger challenge completion.

The game can be slightly picky with camera positioning, so if the challenge does not register immediately, move your car a little closer and try again.

A Nice Detail for Exploration Fans

What makes this location memorable is how accurately the game recreates the feeling of Shibuya. Between the crowded sidewalks, layered roads, bright advertisements, and busy crossing, the area feels alive compared to many other open-world racing maps.
